  约翰·卡斯林博士(Dr. John Caslione)系安德鲁-沃特国际公司总裁、首席执行官,麦肯特公司的资深营销顾问。

Mr. Caslione is a leading industry speaker and expert in the value-added marketing and sales strategy development and implementation. Mr. Caslione is also a leading international speaker and expert on globalization and in the development of strategic supplier alliances (strategic, national and global account program development) and global sales and distribution strategy development.

As the key principal at AWI, Mr. Caslione has personally conducted business in more than eighty- five (85+) countries on six continents where he has assisted companies to develop successful marketing and sales strategies, global and major account management programs in the USA, Europe, Canada and Asia. Mr. Caslione went on to launch Synergy Links and Technology Staffing Resources, two Boston- based computer staffing resources firms. Mr. Caslione then went on to lead the successful turnaround of a New England-based $48 million personnel services firm acquired by Hestair, then a division of industrial conglomerate BET Ltd (UK) before launching Andrew-Ward International.
